Carlos OsvaldoHe was born in Maputo in 1982 and grew up in Lisbon, where he lived between the ages of 5 and 22. Back in Maputo, he entered the Tourism and Business Management course.

At a professional level, it has experiences in areas such as: Hotels, Events, Communication, among others.
