Teresa Noronha

Life Story

He was born in 1965 in Lourenço Marques, and grew up in Maputo in Agricultural Engineering in 1986. In 1988 he will study in France, Montepellier where he holds a graduate degree in Rural Development.

In 1992 she left for Portugal where she lives in Lisbon and Angra do Heroísmo, working as a translator and professor of Mathematics and Sciences. He worked at the publishing house End of Century and Iman Editions. He studies anthropology in the area of Colonialism and post-colonialism. Currently he is responsible for the publications area of the Portuguese School of Mozambique, having edited more than two dozen titles.

Daughter of a Goese and a Portuguese woman, born and raised in Mozambique, Teresa Noronha is defined as a hybrid of three distinct cultures and, consequently, a citizen of the world.
