Natural de Mueda, em 1955.He is the author of the novel "Secrets of the soul silenced in love", as well as a book of poetry "The other eyes of life."

He was a Portuguese language teacher in secondary education and a university professor for the Master's in Marketing.

He was also Director for Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Education and Culture; Director of Economics and Finance at Sena Sugar Estates Lda and Deputy Executive Director of the Corridor of Beira;

He was on the Chair of the Committee of the Catholic University of Young People and Regional Coordinator of Technoserve, the Demining Program and the POW Program, the World Bank.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Exeter, UK and serves as Executive Director of A&G Associated Consultants, Lda. He is a member of the Association of Economists, AMOAMA, Agreef and FSC.
