Pedro Guiliche is Professor of Political Science and Public Administration and Consultant for Governance and Public Policies. His work is linked to the construction of PP from the network approach.

Among others, they constitute their areas of interest: International Cooperation for Development and its political-institutional effects on the domestic sphere and Higher Education Policies, with a view to problematizing the construction of the State Political Project.

He is currently an Advisor to the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education for Institutional Development, through the governance of Higher Education, at MCTES.

He is a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
