He grew up in Portugal (Coimbra, Alentejo and Santarém) until he was 15 years old and returned to Mozambique where he resides from 1995 until 1999 when he returned to Lisbon to join the Graduate in Childhood Education, which ends in 2004 by ESE Almeida Garrett.

In 2007 he published "Spirit Free" – essays of existence in poetic prose, by Corpus Publisher.

currently she is acting as director of the Centre for the occupation of free time Jewelry of Arts, provincial coordinator of projects to support child development of AnimArte Productions, teacher trainer and animator of circus arts.

She is a Master in Health Sciences Education at Lúrio University.
